Personal Data provided on the GitHub bytewax development site is subject to the GitHub privacy policy. If You share Personal Data on the development with Us, then We use the Personal Data that You provide on Our GitHub development site to improve Our products and services, and in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy. The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Business Transactions

You may make a request to access, correct or delete Your personal date by contacting us at privacy@bytewax.io. We will endeavor to accommodate such requests, but reserve the right to deny requests if permitted by law. If You are a resident of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, and the data protections laws of these jurisdictions apply to Your Personal Data, You have the following rights, which You can exercise by emailing Us at privacy@bytewax.io:

RIGHT TO OBJECT TO CERTAIN DATA PROCESSING: To the extent that We are relying upon the legal basis of legitimate interest to process Your Personal Data, then You have the right to object to such processing, and We must stop such processing unless we can either demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override Your interests, rights and freedoms or where We need to process the data for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims. Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
